Gianna Di Lorenzo is a business psychologist, researcher and advisor based in Berlin. She researches, develops and activates the human competencies that matter in the age of AI. She founded conSensio® together with her father to bring this work into companies: leadership workshops for young and experienced leaders, strategy for change and transformation, and competency-based personnel decisions that go beyond the CV. Her research, including her doctoral dissertation, looks at how competencies can be measured beyond the CV and an organisation's skill profile. She is Research Manager at the BTM Center of ESMT Berlin. In 2026 Stepstone and Business Insider Germany named her one of the 30 under 30 Recruiting Rebels. Her recognition also includes the Academic Award from ESMT Berlin (2023) and a feature on the To be Honest Podcast (2025).
